Who we are

The game

Classic Survivors does not collect, send or share personal data. This version has no ads, no analytics, no account system and no in-app purchases, and it makes no network requests.

Your progress (coins, keys, equipment, heroes and upgrades) and settings are stored on your device. If Android backup is on, Android may also copy them to the backup in your own Google account and restore them after a reinstall; we have no access to that backup. We cannot see, restore or delete your progress. Uninstalling the game removes it from the device, unless Android restores it from a backup.

The game is not directed at children under 13.

Google Play

You download the game from Google Play. Google processes your Google account, download and device data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google gives us only aggregated statistics, such as install counts, ratings and anonymous crash reports from users who allow it; we cannot identify you from them.

This website

This website uses PostHog analytics (EU servers) to see how it is used: pages viewed, clicks, the referrer, browser, device type and approximate location.

If you accept cookies, PostHog stores a random identifier in a cookie and local storage so repeat visits count as one visitor. If you decline, PostHog counts visits without cookies or local storage, using a privacy-preserving hash computed on its servers. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your language choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Launch email

If you leave your email address, we use it only to tell you when Classic Survivors is released. The address is stored by MailerLite, our email provider, and is not shared with anyone else.

You first get a confirmation email; the address is added only after you confirm it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the address until you unsubscribe, which every email lets you do in one click, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to essa.make.games@gmail.com, and you can complain to a data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

Changes

A future version may add optional ads that you watch for an in-game reward. If the game starts collecting any data, for example through such ads, this policy will be updated before that version is released and will name the provider and the data it uses.
